• Property Photos: Upload clear images of the property to a file-sharing platform (such as Google Drive or Dropbox), and provide a shareable link in your submission.

• Access Details: Be sure you have access to the property and can schedule a showing or walk-through.

•  

• Review Time: Our team typically needs 24 hours to evaluate your submission. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

•  

• Joint Venture Agreement: If we successfully help you sell the deal, we’ll agree on a fair, mutually beneficial JV split that works for both parties.
